Forest corridor (500+ sq km)
AI-driven camera traps and acoustic sensors across a forest corridor, monitoring wildlife and feeding open biodiversity data to conservation partners.
Uttar Pradesh / Andhra Pradesh (priority districts)
An AI advisory chatbot delivering climate-smart crop guidance, pest alerts and market prices to smallholder farmers by SMS, WhatsApp and voice.
Underserved village cluster (3 villages)
TV White Space broadband and a Community Digital Centre bringing internet access, digital literacy, e-government and tele-health to an underserved village cluster.
10 villages
A 180-hour digital, AI and entrepreneurship bootcamp for rural women, moving from digital basics toward independent micro-enterprises.
Tribal community land (location to be finalised)
A proposed community-owned model combining eco-lodges, regenerative farming and cultural heritage tourism, with the majority of revenue returning to tribal households.
Watershed zone (200 sq km)
A 50-node IoT sensor network and Azure ML dashboarding to optimise irrigation and guide community-run check dams across a watershed.
Village-level pilot (location to be finalised)
A village-level circular economy model: segregated waste collection, composting, recycling and a gamified app rewarding sustainable behaviour.
15 villages across 3 districts
An AI early-warning system for floods and wildfires, paired with trained volunteer first responders and regular simulation drills.
3 rural government schools (priority districts)
Digital classrooms, AI learning tools and intensive teacher training proposed for three rural government schools.
Eastern UP villages (suggested pilot location), Uttar Pradesh
AI tools and mobile outreach proposed for preventive healthcare awareness camps for rural families and women.
Ballia, Uttar Pradesh
A developing community-oriented wildlife conservation, rescue-coordination, awareness and habitat-protection initiative rooted in Ballia and the surrounding Ganga landscape.
